ROAD RUNNER CONNECTION SPEED:
If you have rr or are planning on subscribing to rr.
Dont, they are the most horrible service provider that ever was.
They claim to have supper natural powers. (high speed) They do not.
RR claims to be so fast!Yeah rite thats why there are no longer my home page.
It takes 5min to load I clocked it one day.
However I do have the cable modem service , its suppost to be faster than dial up witch it is,
but not nearly as fast as it should be.There server sucks,when surfing you might have to wait long periods of time for pages to load and other times they are really fast 70%slow 15%fast
I dont know what happend to the other 15%.(MAYBEE NO SERVICE AT ALL)

There is no such thing,
However there are plenty of web pages to surf through to find help.
But good luck on that.
Hope you dont get lost loking for the right help you need. (they suck)
ROAD RUNNER MAIL:
There mail server is ok,occasionaly its great.
I mean roadrunner mail server runs properly, The way a mail sever should.
But on the other hand the majority of the time you want get diddle squat.
It either frezzes up or just nothing at all.
You can long in see your mail,click on it and wait 20 min for the freekin page to load.

Just as bad as trying to call the president. It ant gonna happen I tell ya.
ROAD RUNNER PHONE SERVICE:
Just as bad as the tech support system they have.
But this is the reason you probly cant even get through to the tech service departnment is the
whole reason you cant even get through for an over the phone support call.
Listen they have one of those phone systems where you talk to a robotic crap machines (wich I hate.) I dont know about anyone else but it dosent seem to work,You can try an talk to the annimated retard on the other end of the phone line,(he or she robot asks questions and you answer them.Majority of the time your screaming you friggin lungs out and the automated retard keeps asking you to repeat the answer or he dosent understand.And then starts a whole new topic on somthing completly diffrent than the purpose you called about when you made the call.
So by the time all your hair is pulled out of your head and your frustration level is on 10
and your so pissed off and ready to break the damb phone your using,(hey loan behold) the old fashion live help operator answer to you how may i direct your call and puts you hold. Ha Ha Ha
So if your looking for Internet Service (DONT BUY ROADRUNNER)
